Ombudsman


Ombudsman is an exclusive contact channel between you and Votorantim to deal with themes related to the Code of Behavior – a document bringing the guidelines to be followed by the company in the relationship with their publics.

Through the Ombudsman, it is possible to report or ask for clarification about disobedience to the Code, such as corruption, bribe, fraud, aggression to the environment, false information, inadequate accounting records, ill use of the company’s assets, discrimination (as of race, color, religion, sex, age, physical or social condition), and non-ethical behaviors and procedures.

The cases sent to the Ombudsman are dealt with by the company’s Behavior Committees – consisting of qualified professionals to conduct questions with readiness and confidentiality.

You can either send an anonymous message, or identify yourself if you wish to have a reply. Your identification will be kept secretly.
