The Code of Conduct unites the set of principles that should guide the behavior of the entire Votorantim team in the relationship with: staff, community, stockholders, suppliers, government, media and in themes like intellectual property, contracts, souvenirs and gifts, health, safety and environment. The document was conceived in 2005 as part of the Votorantim Identity, which also unites the Vision, Values and Aspiration of the Group.

With this document, the Votorantim Group takes an important step in the development of its corporate governance process. The Code has mandatory application among the Votorantim staff and should serve as reference for the company’s partners.
