Once this stage is over, the professionals are prepared and provided with guidance for their development, supported by stimulating processes and policies, in a welcoming and motivating environment.
 
In recent years, the Group has been investing heavily in its human resources. These investments might target the education of its leaders, by means of the Votorantim Leadership System, the improvement of its remuneration policies and benefits, care with the health and safety of its team, or the attraction of new talents – Trainee Program and the constant upgrading of its teams (Projects: Jovens Talentos (Young Talents), Visão e Ação (Vision and Action), Equipes de Alta Performance (High Performance Teams), Desenvolvimento de Facilitadores (Development of Facilitators), and others).
