Since September 2002, Votorantim Management System (VMS) has been in charge of (VID) Votorantim Industrial's  processes. Its objective is to integrate and enhance the competitiveness of the Business Units of VID, by means of synergy captivating and the change of better practices between worldwide class in Votorantim processes.

Professionals from the business units, organized in Thematic Teams, are in charge of the identification of common processes and for the structuring and implementation of projects, with the mission of institutionalizing world class skills in Votorantim’s processes.
