Grupo Votorantim’s social concern begins with its internal public. Only in 2004 over R$9 million were invested in a wide number of initiatives with the aim of offering the employees and their families opportunities of personal and professional development and the rising of life quality.

Employees’ families are contemplated by means of visiting programs to some units which allow their children to visit their parents job place, participate in integration activities and get information and orientation about several themes, such as environmental education and citizenship.
