Impartial and transparent, the Ethics Line guarantees the confidentiality of the information, protects the identity of those involved and fosters a better environment for everyone. Through it, it is possible to clarify doubts of interpretation, forward complaints about non-compliance with the Code of Conduct and follow up on a complaint already filed.
