It is a tool for daily use that guides actions and decisions, ensuring uniformity across all Votorantim companies, regardless of the region, culture or market.
The Code is mandatory among the employees and must serve as the benchmark for the company’s partners.
Votorantim hopes that its Code is not just a source of information, but that it inspires wholesome, impartial and transparent relations, as well as respect for people, diversity and the environment.
