Being a guideline for all the companies in the Votorantim Group, the corporate governance and management model is focused on the sustained and long-term growth of the Group, based on the three strategic pillars:

Our industrial operations follow the Votorantim Management System (Sistema de Gestão Votorantim – SGV), which includes the best practices of all the Business Units. Its objectives are to obtain results, to create an integrated model able to meet the needs of different audiences, to keep a common language, and to perpetuate knowledge.


Expansions, asset optimization and acquisitions are the means through which the Group ensures its continuous growth. Added to that is the business and geographical diversification, which constitutes a way of reducing risks.

Personnel Development

The Group invests in attracting, retaining and keeping people prepared for growth who combine potential, performance and interest in the opportunity to experience challenges in different ways. These people are trained and qualified, based on the Votorantim Development System (SDV, in Portuguese).
