The Votorantim Trainee Program was created with the objective of attracting and training talented young people to occupy strategic positions within the Group. The idea is that those who are selected know Votorantim as a whole and, at the same time, acquire specific knowledge about the business in which they are going to work.
Throughout the entire program, the trainees pass through an elaborated training and evaluation process that was conceived to help develop the personal and professional skills necessary to respond to the new challenges in their position. In addition, the trainees are stimulated to identify an improvement project, which must be analyzed according to the Six Sigma methodology.
The Program lasts 18 months, and trainees selected become Votorantim employees since their very first day.

Participants profile:
Just like the Votorantim Group, candidates in the Trainee Program must have a global focus. Having proficiency in more than one language and having lived with other cultures are elements that are increasingly valued.
- Recent graduation from college (up to two years)
- Fluent English
- Spanish (desirable)
- Experience abroad (desirable)
- Likes challenges and teamwork
- Willing to live in other regions inside and outside Brazil
