Registration for the 2013 Trainee Program is closed. More than 26,109 young people registered – 6,000 more than last year.
The program lasts 18 months and is a port of entry for those interested in a career in one of Votorantim’s industrial businesses.
The trainees go through a training program developed especially for them at the Votorantim Academy of Excellence to address professional, personal, cultural, and social aspects.
