It invests in companies with high growth potential that are in the initial development stages, and also in more mature undertakings in which value generation is due to renewal of the operation or business model.
VNN's multi-sector teams have experience in structuring businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and in strategic, financial, operational and HR management, in addition to specific knowledge of the segments of operation, such as life sciences and mining research.
