Annual results

Portfolio companies have begun releasing their annual financial statements, with results confirming the growth and strength of their operations. Motiva reached net income of R$ 3.27 billion in 2025, an increase of 162.60%, driven by record investments and the early achievement of its operational efficiency target. Banco BV reported record recurring net income of R$ 1.865 billion, in addition to recording ROE of 15.3%, the highest in the bank’s history. This progress was fueled by the vehicle financing segment, in which the institution is a market leader and registered record credit volume in the last quarter. With expanding portfolios, both companies consolidate their prominent positions in the market.

Real estate boom

The real estate sector is experiencing a period of growth in São Paulo — in 2025, rental volume was 32% higher than the previous year, helping reduce the city’s vacancy rate to 14.7%. By 2027, São Paulo is expected to receive 24 new high-standard office buildings, totaling nearly 500,000 m² of leasable area. The highlight of this movement is Alto das Nações, an investment by Altre that will become the tallest corporate building in the capital, standing 219 meters high. Located along the Chucri Zaidan axis, the mixed-use complex aligns with companies’ strategies for modernization and efficiency in the return to in-person work. Learn more (in Portuguese).

Largest state reserve in Piauí

Auren has formalized the creation of the Flor da América RPPN, the largest Private Natural Heritage Reserve at the state level in Piauí. A total of 560 hectares of permanently preserved caatinga, serving as a sanctuary for native species and a vital ecological corridor for the semi-arid region. The initiative is part of the company’s strategy to protect and restore 60,000 hectares across biomes by 2030. In addition to conserving biodiversity, the reserve plays an essential role in soil protection and water recharge in the region, generating a positive legacy for the climate agenda and the sustainability of the biome.
