Motiva Joins TNFD

Motiva has joined the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), a global initiative focused on identifying and managing risks and opportunities related to biodiversity. This mapping, which will also be reported to the market, will serve as a foundation for developing mitigation and conservation plans, with the potential to drive a range of projects such as wildlife management, reforestation of degraded areas, and nature-based solutions. Motiva is the first mobility infrastructure company in South America to join the TNFD.

Data Center Market

Auren Energia is ramping up its presence in the data center sector – since last year, the company has had a business unit dedicated to the area. “Brazil has about 240 GW of installed energy capacity, positioning the country as a key player in the expansion of digital infrastructure in Latin America, especially considering its advantages in renewable energy and the growing demand for data processing,” says José Guilherme Amato, Carbon and Data Center Business Manager at Auren, in an interview with CanalEnergia. Growth in Vehicle-Backed Loans

Banco BV recorded a 13% growth in vehicle-backed loans (Empréstimo com Garantia de Veículo – EGV) in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the same period last year. Launched in 2021, the product has been gaining importance in the bank’s diversification strategy. Currently, the EGV portfolio exceeds R$ 4 billion. Learn more (in Portuguese).
