Quarterly Results

Votorantim S.A. and the portfolio companies have released their results for the second quarter of 2025. Check out the highlights below.

  • Votorantim: solid results

Achieved net revenue of R$ 13.7 billion, net income of R$ 1.2 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of R$ 2.9 billion. VSA joined the controlling group of Hypera and carried out strategic moves, significant fundraising, and advances in sustainability. (See more).

  • Votorantim Cimentos: revenue increase, profit, and sales volume

Net income was R$ 1.8 billion, a 250% increase compared to 2Q24. Global net revenue reached R$ 7.5 billion, and global cement sales totaled 9.3 million tons. (Learn more).

  • banco BV: consistent growth

Achieved R$ 459 million in recurring net income, 26.5% higher than 2Q24. The credit portfolio expanded to R$ 91.3 billion, with consistent growth in the main business areas. (See more).

  • Auren Energia: asset integration in final stage

Adjusted EBITDA was R$ 981 million, an 18% increase compared to 2Q24. Net revenue was R$ 2.9 billion, a 25% increase. Progress was made in integrating with AES Brasil and in the debt reduction strategy. (See here).

  • CBA: strengthened strategic sectors

Consolidated net revenue was R$ 2 billion, and adjusted EBITDA reached R$ 189 million. Aluminum sales volume totaled 119 thousand tons. Strategic sectors remain strong, with growing demand for rolled and recycled products. (Access it here).

Hypera: profitability recovery

Sell-out increased by 5.5%, outperforming market growth in the categories in which it operates. Hypera returned to its historical profitability levels with EBITDA of R$ 725.4 million and a margin of 33.7%. (Learn more).

Capital with purpose

Banco BV, in partnership with Barclays Bank, raised USD 20 million in the first Blue Repo operation carried out by a private bank in Brazil. The funds will be allocated to basic sanitation projects in Brazil through sustainable initiatives supported by BV in the areas of water treatment plants, sewage networks, and solid waste management systems.

Businesses led by women

In 2025, we launched the 4th edition of ‘Empreende Alumínio (SP)‘ at CBA. The initiative, developed in a partnership with Instituto Votorantim, supports 35 women entrepreneurs from the region, aiming to boost and strengthen their businesses through collective workshops and individual mentoring. In addition to the series of training modules, the program also includes the provision of seed capital for entrepreneurs selected in a Pitch Day. In this way, the initiative contributes to economic development and women’s empowerment in the region.
