Portfolio Results

In the second quarter of this year, Motiva achieved a net profit of R$ 897.2 million, a growth of 234.9% compared to Q2 2024. The result reflects the benefits of optimizing the BR-163/MS concession contract and the termination of the ferry operation in Rio de Janeiro. At Nexa, adjusted EBITDA reached US$ 161 million, a 29% increase compared to the previous quarter. This growth was driven by higher sales volumes from smelters and by-products, as well as better prices for copper, lead, silver, and gold. The company’s net profit for the period was US$ 13 million.
