Votorantim Reserves and IFF on Biodiversity

Reservas Votorantim and IFF have entered into an groundbreaking partnership to research the flora of the Atlantic Forest. The agreement grants IFF access to Legado das Águas, the largest private reserve of the biome, to develop new ingredients for perfumery and cosmetics. The project combines science, innovation, and sustainability, taking into account factors such as plant type, region, and the characteristics of the local flora. It also includes the construction of a laboratory within the reserve, where specialists will be able to analyze around one thousand native species. In addition to strengthening forest conservation, the partnership also benefits the local community through technical guidance programs and best practices for cultivating native plants.

CBA and Hypera in IDIVERSA B3 2025

CBA remains, for the third consecutive year, in the IDIVERSA B3 2025 portfolio, an index that recognizes companies listed on B3 for their performance in gender and racial diversity. Hypera also joins this year’s portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to equity and inclusion. IDIVERSA B3 measures the average performance of the shares of companies that stand out in diversity, based on B3’s Diversity Score, evaluating stocks and units that meet clear inclusion criteria.
