Expansion and Recognition

Motiva has begun operating the Fernão Dias Highway, one of Brazil’s main logistics corridors, which connects 33 municipalities between São Paulo and Minas Gerais, through its new concessionaire Motiva Minas_SP. The company will invest R$ 9.4 billion in modernization works. This strategic growth is also supported by an ethical conduct: Motiva was recently recognized, for the first time, as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies® 2026, an award granted by Ethisphere. Out of 138 companies from 17 countries and 40 sectors, only two of the awarded companies are Brazilian.

 

 

Citrosuco earns Gold Seal

Citrosuco maintained its Gold Seal from EcoVadis, the leading global platform for ESG performance assessment, raising its score from 78 to 81 points. With this result, the company ranks among the top 5% of companies evaluated worldwide by EcoVadis. The highlight was in the Sustainable Procurement module, which increased by 10 points. While the average score in the food sector is 56 points, Citrosuco consolidates its position as a benchmark in ESG practices in agribusiness, thanks to solid governance and the integrated work of its teams.

 

 

Leader in Solar Financing

For the 10th consecutive semester, banco BV ranked first place in the Greener Survey on Solar Financing. The result confirms BV as the preferred partner of photovoltaic integrator companies across the country. This continuous leadership reflects the company’s discipline in fostering businesses that drive the energy transition and sustainable development. By facilitating access to clean energy, the bank reaffirms its strategic role in building a low-carbon economy. At the end of 2025, BV had a credit portfolio of R$ 3.7 billion in solar panel financing, which has become one of the bank’s main operations.
